The girl who answered the phone is a liar. Caught Red-Handed when she handed me over to her supervisor who told me the truth. Was it so hard to tell me the reason for the mistake on the bill? Such an incompetent employee for a company that keeps raising the cost of water and sewer!
Tazewell County PSA is #1 in my book , great employees.
Just constantly overcharging and adding on fee's. Not worth it. There needs to be some sort of governmental oversight. It seems like someone is trying to line there pockets.
