GO SOMEWHERE ELSE:nnI was traveling through on a cross-country trip and my bike started making an unusual noise.nnA friend, trying to help but knowing nothing about bikes, brought me to this place in hopes to get the issue resolved. WHAT A MISTAKE!nnI got a work order with the invoice for $500, but the work he claims to have done, was NOT done! I wound up bringing it to another, more reputable dealer and found out that the issue Performance Unlimited claimed, was not, in fact, an issue at all and that nothing had been changed on the bike. According to the professionals (3 different people) there was no way the parts he claimed to have changed out were even touched, let alone replaced. I paid $500 because I was traveling through and he knew I wouldn't be a repeat customer. If he treats travelers that way, he is not to be trusted with ANYONE'S bike!nnGO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
