Absolutely fantastic service, from both employees including the manager although I didnt catch his name. He quickly brought an issue to my attention so I was able to have it fixed, and they did the service in about 2 hours. Which for 4 tires and rear brake service i thought was very good.
We went in to have a flat tire fixed. Colleen Dean was fantastic, she was very friendly had a big smile on came around the counter looked at the rim/tire and knew exactly what needed to be done. Took all our info down and said don't worry we will call you when it's done. She called and said come on back it's all done. We showed up she still smiling said your all set, even though she was working past closing. She is in asset to this company.
I knew I needed brakes...kept putting it off. Well today I knew i put it off way too long. Took my car right away and price was much better than expected. Highly recommend!!
I went in for 4 new tires, it took 1 1/2 longer that quoted, they cracked 80% of my lug nuts and failed to tighten one of my locking nuts. They let me drive home with in very dangerous situation. I then had to go back and wait another 2 hours from them to fix the problems they caused. Management only provided lip service and did not take responsibility for the inconvenience.
