Called to set up an appointment with the clinic. Spoke to a few women over the phone and they were all very nice except for one. A older woman by the name of Janette was extremely rude and sarcastic towards my questions and concerns, after talking to a few friends that have also visited this clinic also stated that Janette is just a rude petsop. As a volunteer organization you always assume those people in the industry have the biggest hearts and are so willing to help others. How this woman has a job here I will never know!!!! So rude.
