Try to visit this gem of a bookstore on a weekday so you can wander the store (especially the poetry corner on the third floor) and enjoy the quiet while you read. Great selection and make sure you check out the basement and all the nooks and crannies. Great location and perfect place to take anyone visiting SF for the first time.
Awesome spot. Nate is a cool down to earth guy, knowledgeable and has given me deals just because. He definitely cares about everyone who comes into the shop and can point you in the right direction
I've been coming to this store on and off since the mid-late 90's. One of my favorite places to go to in Brockton. The fact that i can feel at home at a place like this is great. Its clean and organized and the staff are great and very helpful. Anybody into comics, graphic novels, manga or just looking for pure nostalgia should come here.
The service NEC offers is next level service. The staff will always offer me heads up about items coming out I may be interested in, will search high and low for something you are looking for. I have even gotten calls about collections they had just bought because it was something I had shown interest in. The manager can come on strong, but just give him a chance and you will see above and beyond service.
