We have been using Ski Barn for 10 + years and they have been great. Four of our family have season rentals this year and they have been accommodating and helpful every time we adjusted our rentals. Most of all, however, we have appreciated Nicky’s (the manager) assistance. She has always been helpful and professional and a joy to work with. This week, she saved us from a mistake on bindings we were mounting on new skis. Nicky spent 15 minutes on the phone with me on a busy day for their shop making sure we made the right decisions. We recommend Ski Barn to our friends and use them every year. Great team led by a great manager.

quick & easy! price is way better here than on-top of the mtn. I have to drive by it anyway when I go to Wintergreen so its super duper easy to pull-off and grab ski's or board when renting from them. Do it online ahead of time to get discount and cut down on time. Its actually quicker too to rent equipment here than onsite at wintergreen.

This is a great place! Customer service is spot on. They really care about your needs, and give great advice. Prices are very nice also.

Got a weird vibe from this place. Was asked how we can help but was never helped. Apparently COVID has had a weird affect on this place. Lots of shower curtains and representative was walking around with a land line phone, which we originally thought was a thermal thermometer.nSee for yourself. Still purchased merchandise.
