Absolute worst internet service on planet earth.nMy kids are in virtual school due to covid, they get kicked offline 2-3 times a day. I call everyday and they don’t really help. They asked me to buy a new router because that would help.. we bought a new router.. that did not help. So they brought over a new modem and upgraded our service.. that did not help either. Our internet service is out at least 8 times a day.. it is just AWFUL.
We’ve been very pleased with Nelson cable. Their tech support is wonderful!
Worst internet ever equal to dial up for $73 a month, worst technical support ever useless, main office no help rude and useless go anywhere else and get better service
Nelson Cable staff have always been helpful and kind!
They refused to take a check from my business (brand new customer to them) and in turn disconnected the internet. When I called Sara was extremely rude and hung up the phone. I called back two additional times and she hung up the phone then too. I have filed a complaint with the utilities commission. Cannot wait for another provider to show up. Nelson will hopefully go out of business.
