As a recent graduate, it's a great honor to say that I finished here. It was a difficult journey, but I'm flooded with opportunities and it's hard to decide which way I want to take. I think it's far better to be overwhelmed with opportunities than with panic about where I will work next. The teachers are great, the work is challenging, and the atmosphere is always changing. First degree I've received that the instructors were ACTUALLY willing to do whatever it took to help me understand the material.

We took a casual gourmet class here and had an AWESOME time! My daughter thinks she would like to be a chef, so this was a good way to introduce her to a professional kitchen, etc. Miai and the two students who volunteered to help out were the bomb. Thanks so much for a really fun night; we'll be back again!
