Every time that you need something, no phones are answered and rarely an email is answered. It takes calling the Dean of the eastern region to get anything done, if he or the assistant dean answer the phone, either. The Director is a hag and rude! She had the audacity to hang up on me and my wife for asking a simple question. Not very professional for a DR. The Associate director is just as rude and unwilling to help students. I've always dreamed of going to ERAU, seeing as I grew up in Florida, but this campus just might chase me away to another, better, friendlier institution!!! Military beware! Decide whether or not your service will be well spent here!
