Stemmle Plumbing Repair

I cannot say enough about the promptness, the speed, and the quality of help given. My wife and I called last night around 10pm after our downstairs toilet flooded the bathroom and laundry room. They called back within 10 minutes. . .that is not a typo, it was 10 minutes. The technician was here about an hour later and took the time to explain that not only did we have a clog, we also had a pipe just outside in the front yard that was crushed and causing the entire backup. The technician was able to clear the clog enough for us to get through the night (with four children we had to be able to flush a toilet in the morning), scoped the pipe to find the damaged section, called for a quote to fix the pipe the next day, and was completely done within an hour.nThe next day, two technicians arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and got started. The hole was dug, the damaged pipe removed, a new piece of pipe was installed, and the hole was filled back in within 45 minutes. Absolutely incredible. They dug the hole with shovels and their bare-hands without a single complaint. Just amazing customer service from all involved (from the service manager who returned the emergency call, to the technicians who did the work, to the dispatcher who helped schedule the same day service to repair the pipe).nThank you so much for all the help, we will definitely use Stemmle again if needed, and recommend Stemmle to everyone we know.

I've used them before and they are great. This is my second time using them and they did a great job again fixing my outdoor spigot. Josh and Brent were quick and efficient. I see no reason to not use them again in the future.

We used Stemmle as a recommendation from our regular plumber after another plumber (who claims on their website as “voted the best plumber in Richmond”) incorrectly installed the connection between our house and the city. We mainly worked with Chris at Stemmle, who came up with three ideas on how to fix our issue most effectively before starting the job. In the end we had a great experience and they even left our front yard in better shape than we expected - especially compared to the supposed “best in Richmond” who left it as a war zone. Everyone on the team was extremely nice and professional. We will only use Stemmle and our original plumber for all our needs from now on and have told friends to use Stemmle too. Sunday evening our toilets overflowed, with water only, thank God. We called several companies and were told it would take weeks for them to get to us. We called Stemmle and they said they would have a crew out the next day and they did! The pump-out crew came first and then the repair crew came a few hours later. Everyone at Stemmle was professional. Their pricing was not at all high considering we were helpless and our home was unlivable.nnStemmle is first rate and top notch and will be our company of choice for our home's future needs.

I had my septic tank serviced by Mike and John who were very knowledgeable , professional, and pleasant. They made very good recommendations and pointed out potential problems.
