Nice tournament but poor communication with patrons standing outside in the cold. Simply courtesy of having someone come out and notify patrons that games are running behind....ohhhhhh 1 hour. People would then stop standing and get into their cars.ud83dude14ud83dude14.Boooo was my cheer for the Boo Williams tournament.
They are practicing social distance and everyone have to leave out so they can clean the gym after each game which is great. The one part I didn't like was scanning the waiver that a lot of older people didn't know how to do. The prices are steep they need to bring them down.
Visited over the weekend 3/13-14/21 to see my daughter play in the Made Hoops event. My only problem I encountered was getting back into the building to see my daughter after I left briefly to get something to eat. After knocking on the door gently to no avail with people sitting there and not as much as an acknowledgment, We had to aggressively bang on the door. After 15 minutes, a guard came to the door to tell us to wait for someone to let us in. Needless to say, we made it in only to see the ending of the second half. Not happy. For $35.00 for the weekend, management could have been more transparent as to protocols. Aside from that, the security was tight, the place was continously sanitized.
Great space for a basketball tournament. Covid precautions and use of technology is impressive
