Driver kicked and hit my dog. Customer service took driver side and did not solve anything. Told me I have to keep my friendly dog up if I want my packages and refused to make driver responsible for his actions. I shouldn’t have to punish my dog because a driver did wrong.

My package ud83dudce6was supposed to be delivered yesterday and wasn't and now I tried to get in touch with my local ups office and the customer center refused to give me there local number even though a business number can't be a private number

The driver knocked once and left didn't get a chance to get to the door second attempt didn't knock found out they came by tracking my package I have had the worst service with this driver ever

I had a package for my wedding sent here, Keysville, Va. in the middle of May and it has not been delivered here to me yet in Farmville, Va. This is crazy because its just sitting there. If they can't deliver it they should tell me to come get it.
