We drove six hours hoping to get the hotel and relax, booked the room the previous day and the room booked was not clean, we got moved to another room and it was in the process of being cleaned with the guests prior to us belongings still in the room. We are given another room and it APPEARED clean but had used condoms in the trash and urine still left in the toilet. When informing the attendant at the desk she apologized sincerely, but the MANAGER, who was not there gave attitude and acted as though it was not her problem and because she wasn’t there it had nothing to do with her. I’m very disappointed in how the situation was handled.
I deliver pizza here and they are currently remodeling and it is an amazing place to walk into they are friendly. Smells amazing. Even have hand sanitizer by the elevators. 6 feet distancing as well.
This was a very nice hotel mainly due to its employees. Each and every one was sincerely hospitable, especially the woman at the front desk at night. When one of our people had to change rooms she helped to transfer their belongings herself. Went out if her way to accommodate everyone. Every hotel can take a lesson from her. Thank you Madame.
Clean rooms .Checked in at 1215 am and was met at check-in by a woman that had no mask on and was less than thrilled to be be doing her job .Woke up this morning one out of three imployees were wearing masks and zero socal distancing. Not a big Mask guy but believe protocols should be followed in a Hotel.
The rooms were amazing and the girl at the desk was very friendly and understanding of what we wanted.
