Room was very clean. Comfortable room temperature. Nice hot shower. Nice and attentive staff. Wish there was cold cereal and milk for breakfast, but items offered were good. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star stay. We will be back!

The best things about this hotel are the pillows and the very hot water in the bathroom. We noticed right away the nice bathroom with good quality faucets, and the water in the sink got hot right away. I needed a soaking bath because my back hurt from driving so long, and the tub was clean and the water was super hot so I could take a long bath. I also noticed some of the pillows are real DOWN! AND they have zippered pillow covers under the pillow cases. Classy!! I couldn’t give 5 stars because the room was a little dark. One bulb was out on the center stand between the beds and I told the night clerk but she didn’t bring a new bulb. Also, they had no tea bags in the refreshment area of the lobby, although they did have honey!. I also told the clerk about that.

First time staying last week. Arrived 6pm and room wasn't ready yet, so we went to Cracker Barrel which was very nearby and grabbed some take out. Front desk person was very nice and apologized several times. Said they had over 40 rooms check out and housekeeping was behind. Covid protocols in place so it takes longer to clean. She did make an effort to hurry them along as best she could. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use some updating. Had full coffee station (thank you) up and running in the lobby in the morning and you could ask for a grab and go boxed breakfast from front desk. Contained packaged bagel, Cream cheese, Yogurt and two wrapped hard boiled eggs. Toaster and microwave also available for use in lobby. Not a 10 on the breakfast, but at least they made the effort. Stayed recently at another Hilton Property at another local town nearby and nothing was offered, not even coffee. So this was an improvement for sure and I would stay again as we travel frequently on the I95 corridor and this hotel was right off the exit with several decent places to eat and gas up.

The fastest checkin ever. Staff amazingly polite and more importantly amazing clean great indoor pool and beautiful gym. Very nice face to stay. Beautiful rooms. Cannot say enough. Will be staying back on return trip!

Soft beds and peaceful night's sleep! Extremely friendly, happy, and helpful staff! Thanks for the to-go breakfast! Was much needed as we headed on the road. Coffee was excellent!
