It was full, so no review
My only complaint is the plumbing. Needs a bit of work.nOtherwise, the room is great, front desk service is perfect. Im not sure of her name, but she was so sweet and accommodating. I am staying on business, and will definitely be coming again soon!
Jay please explain how you charge a customer a false smoking charge in the room after they check out and the entire hallway smells of weed and cigarette smoke. Please explain because based on the other reviews other customers have complained about the smoking in the hallways also. You also didn’t address the stained sheets and comforter (pics in my phone of proof). Nor did you address the phone not working and the remote control not working. Don’t stay at this hotel unless you want false charges on your credit card after you check out. Good luck with someone answering the phone. Worst best western ever!
Staff was rude. Not to me, but the customer in front of me (though she may have deserved it). Weird small pillows with no stuffing made it difficult for me to sleep. And I was greeted by a dime sized cockroach in the morning. He was on the wall right next to the light switch. Breakfast was a tiny frozen egg & sausage mcmuffin, granola bar & water.
Nice place to sleep if you're tired. Unfortunately computers were down, had to program the tv to work, no breakfast or even coffee. But staff did their best to accommodate.
