I have an emergent plumbing problem so I called Homeserv and they got me an appointment with this company right away so I thought great. They were to be out the next day between 9-1, okay. We started calling around 1130 after hearing nothing, all we got was that 3rd party answering service, so we kept calling till around 3pm, no return calls.nAfter looking at reviews nothing good came from them like a lot of them said.. I decided to cancel to go with another company that would returny calls and not hide behind an answering service I would not recommend them

Charles Boyce is the owner of this company and a few more. His companies were responsible for the beautifcation of our home. From the new indoor plumbing to the brand new windows and doors, these guys, specifically Greg, put a lot of love and energy into our home. Homeserve sent them out and I'm grateful for that. The owner Charles, who proves that there is something in the water, came out to check the progress often, was kind, dependable, helpful and sympathetic. We have never, in the 13 years we've been down here, have EVER met such a more diligent company. They didn't patch, they fixed. They didn't try to upsell, they were upfront and honest. They got the job done.

Ripped my floor and immediately exited my house. Refused all of my calls after. Our floor is still ripped. Oh, and the toilet and sink they installed? NO LONGER WORK. Do NOT hire these crooks.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would. Used Homeserve for my repair. The insurance appointed Cassidy's PlumbingnnHad a piped fixed one year ago by Cassidy's plumbing but started getting sink holes around the area. Had an appointment for a Monday. Explained to the workers the situation, one that they supposedly fixed a year ago, and they said they would look at it. 10 MINUTES. They took pictures, did not even look to see if there were existing leaks and left. They did not come to my front door or call me to tell me what they thought the issue was. I called later in the week 4 days later on a Friday and left a message with the operator who told me someone would call me immediately back on the same day. NO CALL. Called again the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and finally at 5:30pm on THURSDAY, I received a call back. They informed me the problem is landscaping and the ticket was closed. Said if they wanted me to have it investigated I would need to call again open a claim and ask my insurance to give permission to use cameras. I did reopen a ticket but with another company. Their customer service is awful. I will NEVER use the company again.

Cassidy's plumbing was sent out by Home Serve to repair my AC. They did a great job, the techs were prompt, professional and cleaned up their work area. My AC is an older unit and the part they needed was not manufactured anymore. They kept me updated and took the time to source a universal part that worked like a charm.
