Stemmle Plumbing of Hampton Roads

We were very satisfied with our technician Jason B and his work. He was prompt, courteous,cleaned up after the work. Quick with a solution and saved us some money also. We called yesterday afternoon and were able to get an appointment this morning.

I made an appointment with this company to come out and give me an estimate for a full-home pipe replacement. On the day of my appointment, I left work early to make sure that I was home in time for their arrival. After about an hour of waiting, I called Stemmle only to find out that all of their technicians were busy. The woman who answered the phone told me that she had intended to call to let me know that I would have to reschedule. I told her not to sweat it and rescheduled the appointment for the following day. After all they were trying to work around my schedule. Thankfully, after leaving work early once again, two technicians showed up to gather information for my estimate. Honestly, the missed appointment wouldn't have bothered me at all had I actually received an estimate. The two men that came to my home very briefly looked around both upstairs and downstairs while asking me a couple basic questions. After they were done, they asked me to write my email address on a little piece of paper and told me they would send me an estimate. I didn't ask for a time. I just assumed it would be within the next week. Afterwards, they got back into their truck and sat in front of my house for a good while. I figured they were already hard at work on the estimate. A couple weeks later, after not hearing anything from Stemmle, I called to ask about my estimate and when I would receive it. The woman who answered the phone told me that he told her that he was going to send the estimates out in a few days. I did not ask if she was referring to one of the men who came out to my house or their official estimate sender, but I did request that she take down my email address again in case the gentlemen who came to my house were unable to read my chicken scratch. I checked my email every day for the following two weeks and never received anything. No call. No email. Nothing. Needless to say, I gave up. I read a lot of good online reviews about Stemmle, so I expected to have a completely different experience. It was a real bummer.

I’ve used this company so many times on a professional level within the last 6 years, and the inevitable happened tonight, where I had to use them on a personal one. Troy was awesome and kept us in the loop while performing an unclog of a superior nature. I cannot recommend them enough. I will continue to use them on all of our properties and I know who to call to keep me all night with their augersud83dude02. Honestly, they’re amazing, use them!

I can't speak highly enough of the Plumbing Technician (J. B) who provided my residence with total quality service! He wanted to ensure after I had gone nearly one week without the capability to bathe, that he repaired the pipe leak. The challenge was great-- in gaining access to fix and replace the pipe section. Throughout the ordeal of working in a inaccessible space, he persevered and managed the feat with expert care. He was punctual every day until the work order was completed. His professionalism was extremely courteous and polite. Being that I am a senior citizen, it makes every difference to how a employee can represent its company in the best form. I hope that this company will acknowledges this employee for his total job dedication to providing EXCELLENT service to the Hampton Roads communities. God Bless and Happy Holidays and New Year.

I am most satisfied with Stemmle Plumbing’s service for a job well done. We were without water due to a break in our water supply line at the water meter. It was not a particularly easy fix, but Marcus politely and cheerfully persevered until all was right and our water was restored with what’s sure to be a lasting repair. Marcus’ work is top notch, and he is personable, professional, and respectful. It was a pleasure doing business with these pros—thanks again Marcus and Stemmle Plumbing!
