Pivot Physical Therapy

Well I got a Referral from my Doctor for Pain Management (Aqua Therapy) ! Well my first Visit I was NOT measured or looked at to check range and Motion! I’ve been a back patient since 2010 and I do know for a fact your first appointment is an Evaluation appointment! Be it that or not. Then I was put in a Very Dirty Pool. With Three other people at the same time. The pool was tiny. About 12’ X16’ ! You could barely move. Then I asked the girl why is this pool so dirty. * oh we clean it every day* then after my 4 exercise that I was giving to do. No one checked to see if I did them right ! I was just dismissed and that was it no heat or cold Pack offerd! Then the next visit I returned and the Pool looked worse I asked again about the Condition and was told it was fine and that it was Salt water! I did my 4 Exercise and once agin dismisses! The third day today I returned and complained to the girl the whole time about the pool condition. I asked her if it was salt water she said oh No Sir. And she Apologized for the condition. But never said maybe we should stop! I did my 4 exercise and waited for the so therapist he acted like I wasn’t even standing so I left complained on the telephone to my doctors office and to my case nurse. Then my wife called and the girl got nasty with my wife on the telephone. Before they’re hanging out they give you for exercises to do a saying you’re on your way no one checks on you know want make sure you’re OK it’s not therapy is not there you’re not there to help you anymore you’re just there in line you up like a clinic one in one out one in one out I don’t care about the person the patient . Your not a patient anymore. The water by the way was Brown! Even the shower was disgusting take a picture of it the girl said oh it’s just a little bit of rust and rinsed it down but it wasn’t ! It was DIRT!
