thank you for the excellent care that I received from Ken Morris, DPT. He and the staff made me feel welcome. I am 100% better, due to Ken Morris. He listen to my problems, took his time very patiently, since I had many questions concerning my problem. I can recommend him and his staff any time. Thank you again!

Can't recommend. To be fair, I only went twice before I asked to be switched to another Pivot location. First experience I waited for 40 minutes after my appt time to be seen, while listening to the staff talk about their newsfeed. Gave it another chance and on my second experience, I received poor customer service; at that point I chose not to opt for a third visit.nI can't speak to the care of therapists, since I only went two times.nClean facility, but they definitely don't seem to have a patient-first, quality customer care vibe at.nIf you want to feel more like a patient that matters and less like cattle, try the Denbigh or J Clyde like locations like I am.
