The lady at the chicken counter is unnecessarily rude and I ended up getting a refund and leaving after having to deal with her bad attitude that I did absolutely nothing to cause. She shouldn’t work there if that’s how she treats customers as she is making the company lose business. Maybe she was having a bad day but based off the other review I’d say she’s always like this. Also she wasn’t wearing gloves nor a mask and there’s no excuse for that during Covid.
First time being inside this location, went in with my family to grab some chicken and sides because supposedly it’s some of the best chicken in the area. Firstly, the selection was so off. They barely had anything to choose from and what they did have looked.. inadequate and frankly gross. We asked the lady, politely of course, to give us as much chicken as she could. Because there was so little made. She responded with an undeserved amount of rudeness to my grandfather and proceeded to treat him like he was stupid. After displaying a total lack of customer service and hospitality, we finally received the chicken and sides that we ordered. Only after we had to negotiate the price. We only ordered 12 pieces yet she was trying to charge us for 24. This whole experience has put a sour taste in my mouth. And hopefully none of my family gets sick from this either because she didn’t even wear gloves. Yuck. Hopefully the chicken was worth the attitude this lady gave us.
No real sense of urgency except the boss man.
