When we went here I don't recall having any issues. I would say about the neighborhood: BE CAREFUL! Do not go here at night!!! I did not like the location bc of that. It is very dangerous in that neighborhood! This location is also very small! I did not like after our wash we had to wait for a vacuum. We don't go here any longer for safety reasons, and too small.
This place is not 24 hours.
BEWARE!! Read the reviews from their other locations before using this car wash. I understand the current pandemic and that businesses are closed but if your business is open you should respond to customers. After reading reviews after my bad experience I guess that’s how they handle things anyway. I went on April 9th at 1942. Paid $15 dollars, waited 6-7 minutes before it told me to drive in and once I drove in nothing happened. Not one drop of water. I have called the phone number listed 5 times, left 3 voicemails and even sent 1 email. I have heard nothing. Look at the other reviews, if they rip you off they don’t respond to their complaints.
