“Just’ In Detail” provided a quality, in-depth, and affordable detailing service for my full-size truck. My leather interior was spotless, carpets were back to like-new condition (all brown spots were removed), and the thick brake dust was all gone off of my wheels. I purchased the Executive Detail and my expectations were surpassed. The most impressive process was the final quality inspection by Justin himself. If something does not meet his expectation, he makes sure to bring it to perfection. The term, “you get what you pay for” is true. I highly recommend this reputable company to everyone. I will be a returning customer.

I’m from Newport News and much of my family still lives there so whenever I’m in town visiting I try my best to support the local economy. I had my car detailed here last Monday with the Executive Detail package and they did a great job. I am VERY particular about my car and take great pride in taking care of my things and they met all my expectations. There was a few minor hiccups in the process but the owner’s wife Carmen resolved them with no problem. Definitely look forward to returning again in the Fall when I’m due for my next detail.

Wanted to enjoy the result of a good detailing job but the owner was not willing to negotiate on anything, and ended up overpriced for what I got. When I picked it up there were a couple of important items missing, that had been in the storage pockets for years! I cannot recommend this place due to the higher than posted costs, and poor service.nnI called back to correct the invoice that I discussed in person when I dropped the vehicle off. The invoice was not as agreed to. I asked to negotiate because the tires were going to be replaced the next week! And final price was double of advertised.nThe issue of personal items was never discussed initially but I expect a reputable business to also be responsible. Getting new headphone was never offered and getting new bolts I declined because after everything else was screwed up, I needed to make sure I got the correct bolts for the running boards. I intentionally put them in that door pocket so that I would not lose them as I needed them for the next day.... so sad about the excuses now.

Stopped by to get a quote for a detail and ceramic coating for my Shelby GT350. The owner Justin was amazing to work with and a absolute professional. I also had a chance to work with the office staff and lead detailer who were both professional, courteous and pleasure to speak with. My Shelby is a future classic and a one of one, and I absolutely trust the entire team at Just' In Detail to take amazing care of her.
