Absolutely beautiful; the widest view we saw throughout the day! There's also an amazing little path that goes to a secluded rock that's great for pictures. The path back up is steep, but you should be fine if you're wearing the right shoes! 100% recommend.
The overlook is nice but not large enough to accommodate a lot of vehicles. I highly recommend that you take the time to walk down the short trail to the rock outcropping. You can hear the traffic and people just above you, but it's a great view just out of sight of everyone and everything else.
Another beautiful spot to enjoy The Drive. Nice wide oull-off area so you can get out and stretch safely
went early in the morning. walked down to the rock overlook and had the place to myself most of the time. very nice and relaxing.
If you want a nice trip they say in the next week maybe two weeks at the most it would be beautiful up in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia Which of the Northern Trail and it was very beautiful allow yourself plenty of time to stop and look there's lots of overlooks in lots of places to see in lots of trails to hike it all different levels
