I think the staff is outstanding and thank you for being open on Thanksgiving
They mess up my order nearly every time and I’ll place my on the go order at least 20 minutes in advance and they still won’t have it ready. By far one of the worst Dunkins I’ve been to. Some staff members are good, but the majority are incompetent.
Need new management it sucks every time I go there they can’t complete my order or get the wrong order!
Wish I could give this place zero stars, except for the gentleman with dreads who was friendly. They literally messed up 4/5 of the items in my order. I had to go back twice, and by the third time I just gave up, threw the burned bagel in the trash, and had my family chomp on the incorrect sandwich orders. Even my chai latte was poorly made. Staff seemed flustered. An all around mess.
I Had to make a compliant to the corporate office this morning after the girl making the drinks made it wrong twice. I asked for my money back they did not want to give me my money back and going to talk very rude about the situation as if I wasn’t right there (I didn’t deserve that). To the point where things got very unprofessional they need a whole new team it’s ridiculous. This is not the first time this Dunkin’ Donuts messed up on my order and not the first time I asked for my money back. But this is the first time of me witnessing the lack of professionalism. This situation could of easily been resolved with a smile, refund, and silence.
