Holbrook location had horrible service. I came in to pick up a mobile order. There were just two girls working when they should have five for as busy as they were. They were not making the orders by first come first serve basis. They let others cut in front of others customers. They had no idea what they were doing. I will never do a mobile order with them again. I don't want to wait 30 minutes for one person to scoop up ice cream. I get better service from places that serve hot food that they have to cook than this place were all they have to do is scoop up ice cream and serve drinks. You better off buying ice cream and drinks already made. If they get busy. Be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes. For ice cream or a simple drink.

Ordered a qaurt to go and got home to a little over 1/2 full, with big pockets of nothing on bottom n sides. Waste of $13.00!

I love Cold Stone Creamery but I just wish they had the chocolate covered waffle bowls.

I should have read the reviews before ordering here. I had an online order done at 7:09 for pick up at 7:19. I arrive at 7:20 and go inside. As I stand by the online order sign to pick up my Should be done strawberry shake and a founders fav,nnI wait for over 5 minutes while no one acknowledges me. I ask out loud if my order will be ready soon, and they finally ask the name.nI give them the name and they say it will be ready soon.nnMind you, by this time people are walking in and ordering and getting their shakes and ice creams custom orders quickly. I stand and wait there until 7:40 when they finally hand me my order.nnI ask why my online order put through at 7:09 was not completed until 7:40, and the girl in the front who I find out to be Renee said it takes about 20 minutes to make that particular type of ice cream. 20 MINUTES TO MAKE ICE CREAM AND A SHAKE??? I then glance at a girl in the back on her cell phone, ironically next to a no phone sign, who is named Maddi and she then proceeds to tell me that the system they use does not give them notification as to when they get online orders. That seemed like an ample excuse to give to a customer while other customers walk in and receive their items quickly.nnIn the time of COVID-19 where people such as myself do not feel comfortable waiting in establishments right now for that long around what clearly was more then 10 people as the sign on the door states are only allowed, that business would check probably check their online orders coming in.nnThe health department should check on this place and see that they clearly have more then 10 customers! At a time plus employees

Delicious ice cream! I recently ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my son and I wasn't disappointed! The staff were very helpful in making my son's wishes come to life which made him very happy. They were honest about letting us know the type of ice cream cake design/decoration they offered at this location (that is, only 2 dimensional designs) and not 3D designs for kids ice cream cakes like the ones displayed on the Cold Stone Creamery website. The order was delivered on time and the price was moderate. They also have a convenient location plus seating areas within and outside the building and sometimes - especially in the afternoons they get quite busy so one can expect to see and/or be in a long cue.
