I have used massage for many years and Alyce was the best and most knowledgeable masseuse I have ever been to. Not only was the massage wonderful but she gave me lots of advice as well for stretches and other alternatives to help my pain issues.
I've never been comfortable with massages, but now I am. Alyce is extremely knowledgeable regarding physiology and provides excellent guidance to help the results of her bodywork stick with you.nnThe first time I went to her, I had an acute episode of hip pain and muscle spasms in the groin muscle. I went from about a pain level 9 before she worked on me to no more spasms, with one session. Yes, the muscle which had been spasming was sore for a few days, but no more spasms and my hip was fixed.
Relieved pain I had been experiencing for months.
