I had an incident with my puppy running off and the girls there were wonderful and helped me. They are kind and wonderful girls. Not only were they wonderful at the counter but they went above and beyond to help me outside.
Everytime I come to this dunkin, they always act like they don't see the lobby customers. I ordered one medium iced coffee today, and they took almost 11 minutes to make it; it was done incorrectly, but my lunch had been over by that point so I couldn't go back to fix it. I had a asked for one cream and they gave me sooo much. I hate going to this dunks, will not return again, the service needs to be worked on.
Disappointing, I like the coffee but everything is downhill after that. They never seem to have what I ask for. How can you never have coffee rolls at 8:30 in the morning or muffins. I definitely prefer their old menu, going back several years.....
