HOA community park with great amenities. Baseball/kickball field. Full size soccer goals, walking/running track, playground with new play equipment. I use the track infield to practice disc golf distance throws. Has restrooms and ample parking.
It has definitely been improved. Grass is greener and the playground is more friendly. It's also never to crowded to find a place to park or play. Lost a star because I notified maintenance twice about the dangerous, big and dead branches hanging over the playground which they never removed. Removed some by myself-the ones I could reach.
there's a nice playground for the kiddos, including a swing set, rock climbing, sand box with excavator, and balance beam. The soccer/softball field is in great condition (whether that means it's well maintained, or hardly used, I'm not sure). There's a paved walking/running/cycling track that is about a quarter mile around, and it's usually got a jogger or two. It never gets to crowded, but we've met plenty of other kids there
ballfield, small children's playground and paved track make this a nice park in a gated community. Would have been nice if the track were a full 1/4 mile or 400m but still gets the job done for walkers not comfortable on the road. Public restroom is a plus.
Great small park and playground at lake Monticello. Complete with soccer field, walking track, softball field and children's playground equipment. We always meat great people here.
