Nice little elevated trail that runs around the James River, railroad tracks and goes from James River Runners down to the Scottsville School Apartments area and the baseball field. It is often used by joggers, walkers and dog walkers. It is pretty and clean. People seem to leave dome dog doo behind, but that's pretty common. There are dog poo bag stations at both ends and a garbage on the end by the baseball field. My dogs and I walk or run this trail multiple times per week.
