The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The wine and cheese hour was a nice touch and I had to have me one of those delicious cookies.nThis was our first time hopefully not the last. We ate across the street at bang and it was excellent as well. The inn is a short pleasant walk away from the downtown area. The only issue we had was some thoughtless individual parked in the drive and blocked the entrance to what was already a tight parking situation. But that wasn't the fault of the Inn. All in all we loved it and hope to return in the future.
Cute, romantic, rustic hotel with great staff. Very conveniently located, close to many restaurants. Hotel provides good breakfast, with a truly freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Hotel provides afternoon wine and cheese happy hour. Well worth if you want to go for romantic experience that you will not get from other cookie cutter, soulless hotels near by.
Very convenient to downtown restaurants and shops. i expected to be in the B&B house, we were put next door in a cottage room with guests above us that continually are stomping around after 2 am. I am normally a heavy sleeper so this tells you how loud the upstairs was. I would stay again but would request top floor in main house. Staff was very nice. Food was delicious (breakfast as well as wine and cheese happy hours).
Wonderful stay - I’d definitely return to this beautiful Inn. Warm, comfortable sitting rooms with a great historic feel in the rugs, old flooring, furniture, and large windows. Incredible oatmeal / chocolate chip cookies left out at all times for guests, along with local newspapers and a few national news sources too. Very charming bedroom (great night’s sleep), with a clean, well-appointed full bathroom. Delicious, fresh-baked continental breakfast in the morning taken in a parlor or on the wrap-around porch. Friendly and hospitable welcome and check out! Only challenge was a full parking lot at the Inn, which sent us out to find street parking close by...
A charming inn. Always clean and great amenities (breakfast, fresh baked cookies, and evening wine & cheese). The staff are welcoming and friendly. Location can’t be beat!
