Very difficult and non accommodating people to deal with. NO sense of empathy exists. Very difficult to reach. Do not answer calls and phone direction system does not work. I would move.
Some rules and regulations might seem strange but the workers are nice, they don't make the rules. Don't listen to the complainers, if you pay your bills you will have no issues.
