Had an appointment here first no reminder call but whatever. I am a disabled veteran and was approved by the VA for local PT following ankle surgery. When I showed up for my appointment I was asked for my insurance card and I explained the VA was covering it. Then the receptionist called someone at the VA, I don’t know who as she didn’t tell me she was calling and I could have given her the number for the referral department. When the receptionist spoke to the VA her words were she claims she is a veteran. Like I have nothing better to do than to lie about my service. She also stated she claims the VA is going to pay for it. Again basically calling a potential customer a liar. I have gotten things straightened out with the VA and the correct department she should have spoken to however I will be taking my business elsewhere
