Purchased my Spotted Saddle Horse (Rockstar) from Heavens Gait Farms several years ago. Heavens Gait is exceptionally well qualified to help either the experienced or novice rider find the right trail horse. Their facilities are improving each day and they have a wonderful piece of property to trail ride on and to ride your new horse before actually buying. Check Heavens Gait Farms out for yourself. Back in May(2013) I had just finished my fishing vacation on Cape Hatteras and was on my way back to Texas when drove in for a visit with the folks at Heavens Gait Farm. I was looking to learn about horses and get a riding lesson or two in the process. It had been over 30 years since I was last on a horse so you can say I am the definition of an novice rider. Larry, Judy, Travis and Kacie were all so helpful and patient with my lack of horse sense. They put me at ease and made me comfortable with the horses and I had a Great Ride. It was a Great Experience! And to top that off I was lucky enough to be there for a BBQ at the Barn! Larry and Judy put on a first class feast after a day in the country. I am looking forward to returning soon as my wife wants to get involved with horses (she had them growing up) so we both will get to Heavens Gait Farm soon. My Thanks to the Noyes family and the Heavens Gait Crew, It was a Great Couple Days!

I bought two horses from HGF for my daughter and my dad. Judy is awesome finding the perfect horse you need. If you want laid back, get up & go, one for a beginner or experienced rider she can pair you up with the perfect horse. Joker and Amanda were a perfect match! I have never seen a horse with such personality and his name couldn't fit him any better because he is definitely a Joker! Shadow AKA Clown was also the perfect match for mom who had not ridden since she was a kid because of a fall. He helped her to regain her confidence and is so patient with anyone on his back, but he will also get up and go! Dad loves to run him! I can't wait til I can get my own HGF horse - some day soon I hope!

I bought my HGF horse a year ago all the way from California. I knew what I wanted, but I just couldn't find it out here on the west coast. I talked to Judy over the phone and everything she said about Commander was a dream come true!! All I had to go on was her testimony and his videos! Let me just say he was all that and more! This boy has a motor but he is respectful and very well trained. He's got personality galore and he lets my beginner kids ride him all over the barn. In fact I even brought two year old kids to ride and he took care of them walking soooo slow. He's smart, smart, smart and I'm so glad I took the leap and trusted them to help me find my forever trail partner! I just couldn't be happier!! One day I'll be purchasing another one, God willing!
