I did not vist lol
They went above and beyond to help me cancel my reservations due to an issue. They did not charge me the cancellation fee and booking.com was helpful. Great customer service, I do plan on staying there anytime I'm in the area. Thank You Budget Inn ❤ God Bless
DON'T EVEN TRY CHECKING IN!!!!!!! SURLY WOMAN ANSWERS THE PHONE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND ATTEMPTED TO CHECK MY WORK CREW IN AND THEYnWANTED CASH ONLY!!!! SOUNDS NEFARIOUS TO ME AND 3 DIFFERENT RATES FOR THE SAME ROOM AND COMMERCIAL RATES ARE $10 MORE THAN INTERNET RATES!!!!!
I paid $70 for one night it's way overpriced. I felt safe and the bed was clean & comfortable also it was close to dining and the Mall other than that The walls and the rest of the furniture need to be cleaned and staff should really not put people in rooms that they are currently remodeling apparently they were in the process of remodeling the room I got but it wasn't finished. I was scared the bathroom floor was going to fall through. Never again. . Also I wanted to book on the Hotels app to get my points the owner told me NO if I did that he would charge me more regardless of what the hotel price was. I was tired and had been driving all day and just needed a place to crash. I could barely understand him his English wasn't that great. I will never stay here again.
Nice friendly staff ..everyone is happy and helpful its quiet nice flat screen tvs direct tv which is a upgrade from regular cable .. All in all for the money you cant beat it ..id stayagain anytime
