Astoria hotel was the very worse,the room smells just like mold and mildew. The ceilings were falling. There were no comforters. The sign said breakfast there was no breakfast. I absolutely would never on the worst day of my life tell anyone to go to that hotel Extended Stay they need to extend it and fix it up and I don't know why the health department has not seen it oh yeah of course the lobby looks presentable but you risk a chance of breaking your neck going up the stairs let alone how can you sleep without realizing that the ceiling light falling you so that's not Pray For Rain it was absolutely the worse it gets a 9 thumbs down
Hotel was nasty smelling, old furniture, telephone was disconnected, broken glass on the floor, no towels, and constant noise/ppl outside on balacony until 3am. Asked the night mgr to change rooms and he gave me a key to different room and the room had lights on and clothes in bathroom. Really?? So, I decided to stay in my room. Asked for the hotel to vacum the glass up but they gave me the vacuum and said do it yourself. I had to carry it upstairs that had a dangerous stair that was broken, little light. Didn't get a refund for having to vacum room either. The worst service and stay, ever!! Lots of drugs, alcohol, and partying that keep you up all night and the front desk does nothing about it.
Customer service was great. Treated nicer than at some 3 & 4 star places.
The room is filthy I'm sitting in a chair right now. Im scared to lay down the bedding is dirty stained sheets
The manager Alex was awesome to us during our stay here. Housekeeping were on top of everything before we could even put in request for items.
