Suspecting a UTI I went in on a wednesday when they took a urine sample but didn't see a provider. I was told they would let me know something that friday. They closed at Noon on fri for the week. I called the next monday and was told they would call me back. Near the end of the day having not heard from anyone I called back and was rather gruffly told they'd call me when they were finished with their patients. That call never came. My question is am I not considered a patient? And why would they not want someone to know if they did have an infection so they could treat it. Or if not let them know so they could go to their PCP to find out what was causing the problem they are having until a week later? I'm so sorry Centra closed their urology clinic here, they took patients seriously.
