We just stayed there for seven nights. I’m not going to lie - I was weary going into the trip because of some of the reviews. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Sure, it’s older and they are making this work while their new location is constructed. However, it is still VERY CLEAN. I was extremely impressed with how clean everything was both in and out of our room. They bed was also very comfortable. But the most fantastic part of the experience was the staff. Every employee that we encountered during the entire week was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and professional. These guys have customer service down pat! They definitely earned my five stars.

UPDATE: I am not changing the content below because I feel that it's factual. However, I did want to say that the manager called me this morning and was very nice and apologetic. He explained the situation with the Hampton Inn / Quality Inn confusion. Apparently, there is a new Hampton Inn that is being completed a couple of miles away and this hotel will be transitioned to a Quality Inn after the new location is finished. Again, he was very nice and did everything he could to make the situation right and make me feel valued as a Diamond Member. The quality of service makes a big difference and does help to make the situation better.nnI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For starters, the exterior doesn't look anything like the picture. They have banners hanging over the signs with the Hampton Inn logo on them. At night, when the lights come on on the signs, you can see that it's a Quality Inn that has likely been bought out recently. The room had huge stains on the carpet, tiles missing in the bathroom, the furniture was shaky and felt like it would fall apart, the leg on the couch was broken. I stay in hotels frequently for work, am a Hilton Honors Diamond Member, and always like to choose the Hilton Brand; typically I am not disappointed. This time I was extremely disappointed. There were signs up that the hotel was undergoing renovations -- this should be told to guests at the time of booking, not once they arrive. If the room had not already been paid for, I would have taken my things and gone next door to the Courtyard by Marriott.

This Hampton Inn was originally Quality Inn. They seemed not to change anything in the rooms after taking purchase of hotel.. Outdated, scratched, ripped, furniture and appliances. The air unit was outdated. The television was small.nThey are charging you Hampton Inn prices for Quality Inn rooms.nOnly redeeming quality is the front desk attitudes. They were friendly and helpful. This is my second stay at this hotel but it will be my last until Hampton Inn updates this hotel.

Very Good .... The room was ice cold ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0a ... The only thing I would change would be to add sliding doors to the front entrance. Makes it a lot easier to transition inside. Your staff was very Friendly and Courteous, especially the young ladies serving breakfast ud83dudcafud83dudcafud83dudcaf .......
