Paid for the ultimate wash. Machine stopped when it applied soap (very early in the process). I tried to call the company and left a message... pretty sure soap is corrosive to carpaint.
The car wash accepted my money, but was broken. I called the company that ran the car wash and they said that they would send me a token for a free wash after I emailed or dropped off my credit card statement proving I had paid for the carwash. Either this, or I could dispute the charge with my credit card company. They should have the ability to simply refund my money back to my card! Crazy!
Paid for the ultimate wash machine cuts off i had to back out and the phone number doesn't work so unless you want to lose ten bucks stay away
