My experience with reserve a ride has been great. The first day they arrived on time but another rider was scheduled for pick-up and I arrived at my orientation almost fifteen minutes late. That taught me to schedule further pick-ups early allowing me time to arrive earlier than late. The drivers are friendly. And most the time I travel alone to my destination. I highly recommend. The day before pick-up they always call with a friendly reminder of what time they will arrive.
