Sleep Inn & Suites Danville Hwy 58

We stay here for work several times a year. The rooms are nice, very comfortable beds. The staff is great. There is a big parking lot as well as truck parking. Very good value for the money.

PROs: Clean rooms with good, hot shower; reasonably comfy bed.nCONs: Thin walls (?) Transmit quite a bit of sound between rooms. We were primarily dismayed to see several hotel staff members not wearing masks (Nov. 2020), including housekeeping staff who twice knocked on our door and were instantly face-to-face with us without masks.nBottom line: If you are at higher risk to Covid-19, or otherwise don't want to get it, then this hotel should be avoided during the pandemic.

My husband and I along with my 9yr old, 3 yr old, and 2 yr old had to stay here on February 14 because our power had been out since February 13 around 6:15 am that morning. We would've loved to be in our own home, but we didn't want our little ones to freeze and this was the very first time staying in a hotel. So they were excited, yet kinda nervous. We arrived at the hotel after driving from city after city to find somewhere to stay. everyone's power was out due to the Ice storm Yuri and plus it was Valentine’s Day weekend. We drove for hours the day before trying to find somewhere warm to sleep and everywhere was booked. Well when we got there the kids were happy because finally we had t.v. and internet and they had their toys and they were too cold to play. They were extremely happy . well around 6:50 -7pm I get a call from the lady workers downstairs threatening me to control my babies and if i couldn't we'd have to leave. I got really upset 1 because she was rude about it. 2.. my kids weren't being loud although, they do tend to have a heavy foot when walking I'm anyway. not sure where they get that from but 3 its 6-7 o'clock its not 9 or 10 or anything like that. 4. They are still babies they don't understand what's going on, they don't know what it means to have our power out and they definitely don't understand why they have to be quieter than usual because they are in an a hotel at home they can play as they please. 5. I just didn't feel like a valued customer we paid $125 to be there just like everyone else and just because we have little ones they are rude to me and my family. 6. we will never go back .

Quiet, clean, and a friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room at this location in my hometown .For my grandmother funeral. I recently got married in July and my license still showed that I was from this area.I currently live in South Carolina. My reservation was cancelled because I was a local by assistant manager Lori that was so rude and nonchalant.I asked if my husband could book a room beginning that he had a South Carolina license she said no.. Absolutely disgusting during these hard times and my grandmother passed from Covid very heartbreaking.
