The customer service needs some training. Never once ask if I needed help I had to hunt them down to get help. This was on good friday I was purchasing a large aquarium and needed help. Never once said welcome to Pet Smart or Thank you.

Clean , helpful and knowledgeable ! employees. I had a few supplies to get for hamsters , chickens and dogs they helped me quickly along with a great attitude ud83dude00

My big issues are that their website is not up to date with what is in the store and that they have housed ball pythons together. Otherwise, for a pet shop, it is what one would normally expect. I recommend calling if you're going for a specific reason to assure what you were looking to purchase is there. The staff is friendly and as helpful as they can be.
