They made wonderful plans for us for the trip of a lifetime..... and with Covid, got us everything refunded. (We were using miles on Delta so ticket refund was no problem). Will use whenever we can safely travel after COVID. Great job, y’all!

I went here not sure about a vacation/trip that I wanted to take. Simply put, I walked out amazed. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel like a long time friend. They were understanding of what I wanted and provided numerous options. They have the experience to provide and offer different options, that I did not even consider. I highly recommend using them for your next vacation needs.

Met the owner at a home show. He seemed really nice and assured me that his 10+ yrs of experience would save me from the overwhelming feat of planning a 14 day land/cruise 25th anniversary trip. We chatted on the phone a few times and what started off as a very helpful experience, promising to reserve the discussed trips, ended with unanswered phone calls/text, and now us having to start over since we were never notified of actual bookings. He just declined 2 calls from me and then sent me to VM so I guess I need to find a customer service oriented agent to work with. Would never recommend the owner, Jim, as your travel agent!

I have used this agency for many years, before they became Seven Lands and Seas Travel. They have arranged trips for me and I have also gone on their agency led tours. They are so nice to work with and are so knowledgeable. They are there for you when the unexpected happens. Working with them becomes more than a client/agency relationship.
