I had a spa day with Jen at Edgy Zen Spa which was much needed! I loved it! Edgy Zen Spa is in Jens home and it’s got wonderful bright airy calm vibe but also fun! She provided and wonderful and relaxing yoga session and a stroller zero balance and acupressure massage! She also provided amazing affirmations and did a card reading which was a nice touch! Jen has magick hands and an even better heart! I highly recommend a spa day!

I had a virtual massage this week with Jennifer Fanning at Edgy ZEN Spa & Retreat Center and it was very magical.nnI wasn't sure what to expect. I laid on my couch, put an eye mask on, and listened to her talk me through the massage with my ear buds in. While I could not feel the massage while she was doing it - I could see it in my mind - and magically - I felt the result of a massage. I became relaxed, slowed down my breathe, and felt calm at the end. That was my goal.. and it was achieved.nnLastly, Jen asked me what was my experience of it all. I felt like we left our bodies and met some place in between. We live 3,000 miles from each other. But, I felt as if we met on another plane. She watched me and kept me safe. She nurtured me. She tended to my pains. It was wonderful.nnGive it a shot - it will amaze you how this works.

I have missed massages. But my virtual massage with Jen was total healing. I started with so much tension and by the end of the session I left with so much bliss. I felt my body release, my muscles relax, and my bones settle in. This massage is so sensory and I cannot wait for my next one. So grateful for this after what was a long and difficult 2020.

I tried Jen's virtual massage and it was amazing! I was hesitant at first since I was unfamiliar with the virtual aspect of it but she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I suffer from anxiety and tension in my neck since I'm tied to my computer working remotely. She was able to relieve tension from my neck, shoulder, and lower back all virtually! At the end of my session I felt super light and re-centered as if I had an in person full body massage. Will definitely book again.

I originally was looking for a yoga studio when I can across Edgy Zen Spa. I have mild scoliosis + am constantly dealing with back pain, so I scheduled a Zero Balancing + Acupressure massage. It exceeded all of my expectations. Not only was Jen so warm/welcoming, but it was obvious how knowledgeable she is. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire sessions like I knew her forever. Afterwards, not only did I feel physical tension lifted from my back but emotional weight/tension. I felt so light, the effects lasted for a couple of days (no back pain). Since my session, I’ve recommended EZS to anyone that will listen!
