Chris was very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Worked hard to ensure I was comfortable, and did a great job of explaining all the mechanics and moving parts of my shoulder injury.

The Phoenix Rehab team is absolutely incredible. My teenage son broke his collarbone and needed several weeks of physical therapy per a doctor's order. He had a wonderful experience and I appreciated that they were honest about how many sessions he needed, even suggesting that the last session wasn't necessary because he was at full strength. The team took an interest in my son, even asking to be notified when tickets went on sale for the school musical he was cast in.

My journey to have my knee replaced by Dr. Melvin started with Phoenix rehab. They came to my home to assess safety. Carlos was great and answered all of my questions. Immediately after surgery I went to PT at Sibley Hospital. As a healthcare professional myself, I can say they were top of the line! As soon as I got home from the hospital Dawn Meekins from Phoenix rehab came to my home and started my physical therapy. She was friendly, well-trained, and extremely knowledgeable. She put me through the ropes and then took me for a long walk. Thanks to Dr. Melvin and Don Meekins I was walking without a cane in three days. I can’t say enough about Phoenix Physical Therapy and the entire Orthopedic team at Sibley Hospital! Thanks to all of you!
