Over the past few years, I've been seeing Dr. Stroot (and many of the other practitioners) to support the healing of my diastasis from two pregnancies and to resolve some chronic pain issues that I've had in my hips. It's been a journey; however, every step of the way Dr. Stroot was willing to listen to me and to develop different approaches to help me feel better. We hit a major breakthrough last week when the day after an appointment, I woke up for the first time in a very, very long time having slept through the night with no pain in my hips and sides. I highly recommend Core Wellness and Dr. Stroot!

If you need a caring and highly experienced expert in helping you with full body alignment you should see Dr. Stroot. I am a healthcare practitioner and have been treated at their office for variety of health needs. I love that Dr. Stroot offers so many different services such as cupping, and Orofacial myofascial therapy. I also refer many patients to them and everyone comes back super happy. We are so lucky to have Core Wellness in the heart of Del Ray. Thank you for the care you provide to the community.

Core Wellness is awesome! Not only do they provide great care, but all staff are incredibly nice and fun. Over the years I've worked with a handful of the women on different issues, and I have been nothing short of impressed and satisfied. They've helped me a ton. I like that their focus isn't just on the injury/issue, but also on whole self. They provide a range of services and can tailor your treatment plan to whatever you need. HIGHLY suggest Core Wellness! They also use Dr. Doug's products, which are amazing and smell great :)

My experience has been wonderful. Dr. Rose took time to understand what was happening with me and has been so helpful in making improvements. I’m very satisfied.

It was wonderful being able to work with Danielle. She brought awareness to a lot of tension I am holding and showed me very helpful exercises for my pelvic floor. I felt very comfortable with her and she was always so in tune with my concerns and questions. She also did some craniosacral therapy on me and it was immensely relaxing. I feel so much more confident and optimistic after seeing her as I continue on my healing journey.
