$1 parking on the 4th is perfect. It is close enough to the waterfront but isn’t super busy.

Easy automated parking system if you use a card as I did. Good location for King street in Old Town. I used my card there and it wasn't immediately stolen from that, so that's another plus.

Great price! One of the cheaper garages in Alexandria. I paid only 5 dollars Last time I parked in a garage in Old Town it was 14 dollars. Glad I could find one cheaper! The only complaint is have is the pillars make it hard to squeeze your car into the space. Otherwise I would come back here to park!

- friendly staffn- good location to walk to everything around the arean- not too bad pricedn- make sure you have some cash just in case

Awful, awful company. They keep raising the price for less spots - keep giving us tickets WHEN WE HAVE OUR PASSES - and are obstinate, unprofessional, and absolute jerks. They are the absolute worst.
