Park at your own risk, or at least avoid the closing time of “9pm”. Signs advise that the garage closes at 9pm, which is fine. However things get VERY sketchy after 9. I arrived back at the garage at 9:01pm.... yes 9:01pm and the place is locked up and not an employee to be found. There’s a number on the door to call, so I call. I’m told it’ll be 20-30 minutes for someone to get here to open up the garage. Well, what about the guy who just closed the door 30 seconds ago? Apparently he teleported home...nnFast forward 30 minutes, finally someone shows up. I plead with the woman, showing her on my phone how I called the number on the door 3 minutes after closing time but she won’t budge. She tells me that I need to pay her 50 bucks to open the garage door. Not the company. Her. I can’t use my credit card, either give cash or pay her personally via cashapp or zell. After spending 10 minutes trying to explain what bribery and extortion are, I reluctantly paid the 50 bucks to have her turn a key because I wanted to go home.nnBe advised that this is the kind of “business” you’re giving your money to. A business that closes it’s doors early so that they can line their pockets with extra cash to turn a key after 9pm. Find another parking garage or park on the street.
