This is one of the worst parking experiences I have ever had. I live in DC and this is my first time parking at the Alexandria waterfront. I will never park in this garage and any garage this company owns ever again. I paid in advance on the way to my car which was highly recommended by the garage. When I went to exit, the attendant Tekle acknowledged I had already paid yet insisted I pay again. I have three small children who were tired and crying yet when I was waiting to exit, he refused to let me leave unless I paid again. He said I know you already paid and had to wait behind several cars, but told me he didn’t want to help. He told me even though I already paid, I could stay there with my children crying until I decided to pay again. DO NOT PARK HERE. It is a SCAM.

Weekend there is a sign $5 Max. There is also a machine shouting to prepay before going back to your car. Apparently there is a sign above the machine. Says you got 10 mins max to leave or will be charged. The Max amount was paid. Apparently the ticket clocked us at 11 mins. We got charged 2.50 more. The boss there immediately went defensive and waited for payment. My husband didn't help the matter either. Both men shouted off back and forth. Like the other review says Customer Service Sucks.

Every week I park at this garage and have to deal with a rude assistance from the worker. He told me not to park here anymore because I only had cash to pay and their machine was broken. How do you not have a fall back plan when your machine is broken. Never have been met with such disrespect
