Well, in the end I enjoyed my experience. In the beginning we were placed in a room 1001 with a spider, dirty faucet and not attractive shower.nnHowever, the service was really great. The concierge was extremely nice, helpful, and polite. We were placed into a different room later with his help and really enjoyed being there. Interestingly our new room 424 had much better air.nnThe breakfast was so so. But the location was really pretty. There a lot of cafes and pretty streets around to take a walk.
Rooms were cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. Had all the basic amenities and close to point of interest. Top floors had good view and light with large glass window. Breakfast was basic and was complimentary.nOverall pocket friendly nice accommodation for visiting the capital and nearby attractions.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The room was very deceiving. The bathroom and bed looked so nice and clean. We used the microwave and relaxed. When we woke up, bed bugs were crawling everywhere. I almost started crying. Do not come here. Do you wanna bring bed bugs in your household? I hope not. We got a refund quickly so thank you management.
Really nice rooms comfy and clean but the Girl at the Front desk today Friday, February 26/2021 5:40 AM have a really bad actitud, did not reply back to my good morning! She look angry, and not professional, she should not be working at a hotel front desk with that humor as a customer service!!! Really bad experience with this one but Comparing to the girl who check me in yesterday she was really Nice, professional, I was a pleasure to be help by her.
Address is wrong on the Hilton web site. Road name changed 2 years ago. Web site needs to updated. Got lost trying to find it. Pictures on web site not accurate. Showed suite with couch but no couch in room. Need to update web site.
