Me and my husband just took a week vacation to DC and surrounding cities close by and had the best time in our stay at this hotel. By far the best views to see the capital building and the Washington monument and the Lincoln memorial you could see the building off in the distance. All the hotel staff was great. We at first only booked one night, I called and was able to add an extra night. We needed a fan to have since we forgot our own, and the front desk was able to give us there personal one. The hotel staff Andrew was the best anything we needed he made sure we had. Very polite and was checking on us through our stay. The food from the hotel restaurant was awesome we wished we ate both dinners there. All around best night for a getaway. Definitely will be back to stay again one day. Thanks for making our Washington DC a great week Andrew and Hilton staff!

Amazing location right above a major metro station and just a few minutes walk from the National Mall and the booming new Wharf district. A beautiful lobby with a Starbucks and small bar/restaurant. The rooms are modern with nice amenities and very clean. The outdoor pool wasn't open yet for the season, but is located on the 12th floor and in a nice interior courtyard. The only parking available is valet, they were professional and quick. The only drawback is parking is off site so if you just need something from your vehicle you can't just go get it. We arrived at 8am the morning we were checking in and they accommodated us with valet parking while we walked the city. Would definitely stay here again.

We were overall pleased with our stay. The hotel is in a great location! Easy walk to The National Mall and to the Wharf District and the Spy Museum is outside the front door. The views are awesome. The outside of the windows were quite dirty however, which took away from the view a bit. Also, make sure to check the clearance restrictions for valet parking. The alternate parking for larger vehicles is about a 10 minute walk down in the Wharf district.

Great hotel!nHotel+rooms are very modern and clean.nLocation is very close to museums (which were closed) and monuments+tidal basin.nStaff was great but usual at Hilton.nnI stayed at a river view room but I could barely see the river even though I was on the 14th floor so I would say don't spend extra for the river view.

Also don’t think they should be locking EXIT doors with bike locks. Too many times in society there are emergencies that would require quick evacuation.nnThis is a safety concern like the time someone tried to open our hotel room door. Make sure your security lock is in place in your room.
